Suay process from ordering to delivery:
We make prototypes of your product with the drawings received from you and/or made by us to be confident about any Forming issues, stacking properly, lid fitting and all other details related to each prototyped product to avoid extra time lose and unnecessary costs.
Relying on the experience with hundreds of tools delivered and installed, experienced team knowing any fine details about thermoforming products and tooling, we develop your product to the perfection.
Once the tool is ready in all stations and parts, samples are produced, detailed report is signed to grant that the tool has performed with excellent result considering tool quality, product quality and overall excellent performance. The samples and a video is sent to customer for approval.
We will arrange operating team, if the customer requires to run the tool delivered on the machine with optimum production output and quality.
An engineer or a team with two engineers will be available for any support permanently at your service.

Find out the the right information at your convenience. You can calculate the number of cavities on various European machine types in the market. Tool layout and number of cavities are depending on many different parameters as machine type, sheet quality, sheet thickness, product configuration, product heights, available infrastructure , skill of machine operators and technical staff in charge, stacking systems or many other variables which have direct affect.
Under some conditions, with reduced space for spreading the sheet or if you are willing to accept a less stable tool, the number of cavities can possibly be increased. In other situations there can be very good reasons to decrease the number of cavities.
In some cases the cavity number can be maximized which is optimum for maximum production output whereby sometimes for some product configurations the cavity number can be kept at reasonable layout planning to achive optimum production output and zero problem running of the tool.
