Suay process from ordering to delivery:

  • The layout including production details as cavity number, product weight and production output is a part of the quote sent to the customer. Following to confirmation of the order, the drawing process is activated.
  • Drawings of products and fine details: In case the customer needs us to make the drawings for each product confirmed to proceed with tooling, we design the product considering the fact with the configuration to fulfill the specs required. We start to cut the metal following to approval of the product drawing by the customer.
  • The drawings of tools are made by a very experienced team and machined to the finest detail.
  • Once the tool is ready in all stations and parts, a measuring and optical report is to be filled and signed by two engineers which means the tool is ready for the pre-trials. The pre-trials helps us to see the performance of the tool and quality of the output (products) considering Forming, (Punching),Cutting, Stacking and also specs as product weight, transparency, no-webb details and excellent result.
  • Final report signed by the chief engineer will confirm that the trial on the tool can be taken.
  • The samples and a video is sent to customer for approval.
  • The tool is crated with international incoterms standards and shipped out following to approval by the customer.
  • Suay will arrange operating team, if the customer requires to run the tool delivered on the machine with optimum production output and quality. 

Prototyping to avoid unnecessary costs and downtime.

We make prototypes of your product with the drawings received from you and/or made by us to be confident about any Forming issues, stacking properly, lid fitting and all other details related to each prototyped product to avoid extra time lose and unnecessary costs.

Sample production

Once the tool is ready in all stations and parts, samples are produced, detailed report is signed to grant that the tool has performed with excellent result considering tool quality, product quality and overall excellent performance. The samples and a video is sent to customer for approval.

Production support

We will arrange operating team, if the customer requires to run the tool delivered on the machine with optimum production output and quality.

Aftercare

An engineer or a team with two engineers will be available for any support permanently at your service.

The calculation made to help you for calculations of:

 

  • Product weights against material thicknesses, material width, waste ratio etc.
  • Tool layouts including the number of cavities, production speed and material usage for your thermoforming machine

 

Find out the  the right information at your convenience. You can calculate the number of cavities on various European machine types in the market. Tool layout and number of cavities are depending on many different parameters as machine type, sheet quality, sheet thickness, product configuration, product heights, available infrastructure , skill of machine operators and technical staff in charge, stacking systems or many other variables which have direct affect.

Under some conditions, with reduced space for spreading the sheet or if you are willing to accept a less stable tool, the number of cavities can possibly be increased. In other situations there can be very good reasons to decrease the number of cavities.

In some cases the cavity number can be maximized which is optimum for maximum production output whereby sometimes for some product configurations the cavity number can be kept at reasonable layout planning to achive optimum production output and zero problem running of the tool.
